Since starting here almost 5 years ago I have achieved so much due to the many opportunities presented to us by Sharon. We encourage progress and I have recently completed my Oral Health Education Qualification and absolutely love my job doing what I excel at, working with children and young adults as well as general patients in surgery. Every day is a new challenge and I love the variety!

Lindley Dental Practice is an amazing place to work; it’s vibrant, caring, and considerate and makes you feel like it’s a second home. Everyone is very understanding not just with patients but with the staff too. I love working with all the nurses and dentists. I joined Lindley Dental in 2015. Over the years, I have not only seen the practice grow but I have been given multiple opportunities to grow myself for the practice. I firstly qualified as an oral health educator in 2017, I then went on to complete the topical fluoride application course, I then became the implant treatment coordinator from August 2020, cannulation training in 2021, completed the Dental Radiation course in April 2022, became the orthodontics treatment coordinator from April 2022 and I am currently on the implant nursing course too. I have also had additional training to work on reception, digital scanning and immediate life support.
What can I say, I love to learn! But the support I have had from the team whilst doing these has been amazing, the team has not only supported me professionally but have supported me personally over the years too.
