What’s the news…
So how are you? Are you coping with less daylight? This year I must start my Christmas preparations earlier. But then I say that every year!
Each year Denplan commission an Oral Health Survey, quizzing 5,000 consumers in the UK. This year’s paints a shocking picture of access to dental care in the UK. Nearly 3 in 10 Britons have had to take time off work due to Dental pain with 7% taking more than a week with Dental Issues. Quite shocking in a modern well-off country.
Now I won’t promise that our patients never have any dental pain but by regularly attending a dentist, problems can be picked up early making it easier to be fit for work.
We do have some capacity for new patients just now. If you have a family member or friend who needs to see a dentist nudge them towards our referral offer.
Best wishes Sharon and team.
Denplan Day Closure
On the 8th November the team will be attending a Denplan training day to brush up on our knowledge of all things dental. We will be reopening with normal hours on the 9th November
Information on what to do if you have an emergency will be on our answerphone.
We apologise for any inconveniences caused by our closure.
Beep Beep!
Nurse Annalise passed her driving test and bought her first car.
She managed to pass first time (unlike some of us!)
Well done Annalise, safe driving on your new adventures.
New Smiles by Dr Lukman Salaudeen
This patient was unhappy with the appearance of the front upper teeth after a unfortunate accident.
The teeth were made symmetrical with composite fillings and reshaping some of the teeth, and to top it off with some whitening.
We have received some lovely reviews recently
“Fabulous experience at Lindley Dental after breaking four teeth in an accident. They were super efficient and caring when treating me as an emergency, and after a detailed discussion about my options, I ahead with longer term repairs. Thanks to Lukman and Angela, I now have great looking new teeth!”
